How to Cancel Your Booking

If you decide to cancel your tour booking, please inform the consultant at gophukettours.com and ensure that they have received your message.

Bookings made online through gophukettours.com are subject to the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made more than 5 days before the tour date: Full refund, minus a 4.5% credit card fee or PayPal charges.
• Cancellations made less than 5 days before the tour date: Booking is non-refundable. Cancellations are possible in the following situations:
• If you experience an unexpected illness or injury, we will provide a full refund. Please provide a doctor's note confirming that you or your travel companions were ill and unable to travel.
• In case of the death of the tour participant or their family member.
• In case of unfavorable weather conditions. If weather conditions prevent the tour from taking place, the tour operator will cancel the tour, and you will either be rebooked for another date or receive a full refund.

If the reason for your cancellation is covered by your insurance policy, you may file a claim according to the terms of your policy.

For advance deposits, we reserve the right to retain the deposit as an administrative fee.

Already booked tours cannot be canceled or rebooked if special offers apply. This applies to all deals and other special offers that may be available.

Refunds

Any refunds agreed upon with gophukettours.com management will be processed within 10 days.
